Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.

**Liability: **

2.1.Earndaynight.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. 
2.2. Earndayight.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. 
2.3.Earndaynight.com is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.

**Refund Policy: **

3.1. Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

**Advertisements: **
4.1.The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. 
4.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers. 
4.3. The website must be in English. 
4.4. The website must not contain or promote any viruses. 
4.5. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. 
4.6. The website must not exceed the 1 popup/pop under limit. 
4.7. The website's single popup/pop under must not open any new windows. 
4.8. The website's single popup/pop under must not break any of the above terms.
**Payments to Users: **
5.1 All payments are made by PayPal. No other methods are available at this moment. 
5.2 Payments will be checked and sent as much as possible. 
5.3 You can only request one payment at a time. 
5.4 We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
5.5 We reserve the right to pay users to same payment processor and email they used in any investment or purchases in site , if we were having problems in paying through the payment processor they requested to be paid through. we will inform members before doing this
5.6 Members will be only allowed to cash-out from same country they joined from , if not they will need to send a support ticket to explain the reason of country change , this is to prevent any proxy usage cheat attempts
**Payments to Earndaynight.com: **
6.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted 
6.2. All payments made to Earndaynight.com are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension 
6.3. We only accept payments from Paypal
**Anti-Cheat Policy: **
7.1. Any attempt to cheat/hack our system will be logged and may lead to an immediate suspension. 
7.2. Using auto-click, auto-surf and any-other programs/software are strictly forbidden and your account will be terminated without notice 
7.3. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given. 
7.4. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without warning or notice.
**Referrals: **
8.1. You may refer as many people as you want. We don't have any referral limits for all memberships 
8.2. All purchased referrals stay for the lifetime of your account ( as long as account is active )
8.3. You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you or brought. 
8.4. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have unique email addresses and IP addresses. 
8.5. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
**User Accounts: **
9.1.You are not allowed to create more than 1 account per person,household or I.P. address. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. 
9.2. You must be able to read and understand English. 
9.3. You must be active at least by logging in and clicking if not we have the right to suspend your account after 60 days. 
9.4. We do not allow the use of Proxy servers to view ads on our site - this will cause account suspension. 
9.5. Accounts are not transferable. 
9.6. Suspended accounts will not be removed from our system , although they will remain inactive and non usable , they will remain in the system to record cheating attempts that came from these accounts
**Paid to Sign Up: **
10.1. Members submitting fake or false info on Paid to Sign Up offers will result in the offer being denied and possible account suspension. Advertisers found falsely denying valid member signups will result in forfeiture of advertising credits and possible account suspension. 
10.2. Members that receive a large number of denied signups will have their accounts flagged and not be able to participate in Paid to Sign Up.
10.3. Members won't be able to request payment as long as their denied signups count is more than the approved , to be able to cashout you must have more approved ( legit ) signups than the denied
**Paid to Promote: **
11.1. No Fake traffic generators, Hit Bots, or Automated visitors of any kind. If your Earndaynight.com PTP link loads in a frame it must not be smaller than 50% of the viewers total browser space . Any traffic deemed by Earndaynight.com to be abuse of the PTP service may result in account termination and loss of all earnings. 
11.2. Current PTP rates may vary according to membership type
**Spam: **
12.1. Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Earndynight.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.
