1.0 Purpose
1.1 EarnDayNight program is an advertising service.
1.2 EarnDayNight program is not and should never be used as an investment opportunity.

2.0 Payouts
2.1 Payout processing may take up to 20 banking days but every effort will be made to make payouts

       as soon as possible.

2.2 Minimum payout is $5.00

2.3 If you received 2 payments and you have not purchased any link credits your next payment will

      be at $7.50

2.4 If you received 3 payments and you have not purchased any link credits your next payment will

      be at $10.00
2.5 If you still have not purchased any link credits then you must do so before receiving anymore

       payouts. After purchasing some link credits your minimum payout will continue to be at $5.00

      with no additional requirements.
2.6 Payouts will be delayed as a result of an audit review. See section 10.0

3.0 Advertisements
3.1 You are expected to review the current Denied Sites Listing before submitting a site. Denied Sites

3.2 Advertisements are reviewed manually
3.3 Advertisements must have some credits assigned to be approved.
3.4 An advertisement will only get approved once but will be reviewed ocassionally to ensure the site

      still meets the TOS.

4.0 Avertising terms

      - The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult    

        materials of any kind.
      - The website must not contain any frame breakers.
      - The website must be english.
      - The website must not contain or promote any viruses
      - The website must not conatin any promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.

5.0 Purchasing
5.1 All purchases are manually checked.
5.2 It can take up to 20 banking days to clear all payment processors and crediting of accounts.
5.3 Every effort will be made to process all orders as soon as possible but there is no guarantee that  

      an account will be credited before 20 banking days.

6.0 Account Deletions
6.1 Accounts do not get deleted.

7.0 Advertising Refund Policy
7.1 If you are not completely satisfied with the service you may be entitled to a refund.
7.2 Submit your concern to admin and your request will be reviewed.
7.3 This refund policy should not be abused by requesting a refund after the service was delivered.
7.4 Refunds apply to Advertising Link ads or link credits only.

8.0 Anti-Cheat System
8.1 The system has automatic checks on user activities to detect possible cheating attempts. If your

       account has been flagged as a possible cheat attempt you need to contact admin. No data is loss.  

       The problem will be investigated to determine what has happened. It is up to you to contact

       admin and initiate the investigation.

8.2 After 20 cheat checq failures your account will be suspended.


9.0 Glossary
link credits - Means Link Ad Hits from the purchase page.

10.0 Auditing Period
10.1 A detail review of the operation of EarnDayNight may occur anytime without notice.
10.2 During an auditing period all payouts must go through a verification procedure.
10.3 An auditing period will last until it has been confirmed that the system is not disbursing cash as

        a result of abuse, cheating, hacking or any unusual activity.
10.4 Some members may be suspend and required to provide additional information as part of the

         detailed review process.

11.0 Language

11.1 Members must read English and all placed ads/banners  has to be done in the English language.

12.0 Inactives

         If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your earnings/credits  will be cleared.

13.0 Subject to change
         This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any   

         prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms

         and/or terms that have changed . If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need

         to contact us, and your account will be removed.
